CIM Modeling

We will perform modeling based on 2D drawings such as general and detailed drawings of civil infrastructures. When conducting the modeling, we will determine the “Level of Detail (LOD)” based on the intended use. We provide services:

1. 3D modeling of civil engineering concrete and steel structures, as well as terrain, geological conditions, and subsoil, based on design drawings (cross-sections, plans, etc.).

2. 3D modeling of existing terrain and structures using point cloud data, contour maps, and existing cross-sections.

3. Modeling construction step by dividing the 3D model according to the construction sequence.

4. Progress monitoring through 4D simulation by adding a time axis to the project schedule.

5. Quantity estimation and calculation based on the 3D models.

土木・橋梁の構造一般図、詳細図などの2D図面をもとに モデリングを行います。モデリングにあたっては、利用目的に 応じてどの程度細かく作成するか「モデル詳細度（LOD）」 を確認します。 提供サービス

1. 設計図書（断面図、平面図等）から地形、地質地盤、土木のコンクリート・鋼構造物を3次元モデル作成する。

2. 点群データ、等高線図、現状断面から現状の地形、構造物 　を3次元モデル作成する。

3. 施工の工程に合わせて3Dモデルを分割することによって、 施工ステップモデルの作成。

4. 工期の時間軸を追加することによって4Dシミュレーション による進捗確認

5. モデルにより数量の算出
